Forum Issue: Top Button

I think it has been brought up before, but never pushed to an "issue" tag.
With long threads, it would be nice to have a "Top" button at the bottom, as we did before.

    It would also be nice to have page redirect buttons (i.e. 1,2,3,4,5 ...) at the top as well as at the bottom.

    A redirect to the last thread entry would also be pleasant.

    The way it is, I start out reading a thread and desire to comment.

    Then, I have to go to the top of the page to Log In, then back to the bottom the page after I Log In. This is  getting a bit tedious. In the meantime, I will review my browser's hot keys.
