Forum Issue - Quoting on Locked Thread

When you click the "Quote" button on a thread that's locked then you're taken to a "Page not Found" page. I'd expect to see a "Sorry, you're not allowed to post on a locked thread" instead.
For example:

    Or maybe just not have the quote button at all? It's smart enough to know not to display the comment box and buttons, it should be a small change to make the quote button go away.
