Prop Tool driving me mad

I'm using Propeller tool v1.3.2 on Windows 7.
When I hit F8 any error messages disappear behind the 'Object Info' window and can't be reached (Alt + Tab, hovering over taskbar icon, attempting to minimise / resize windows, etc., etc.,)
The only way out is to close the application in Task Manager. Has anybody else seen this and, if so, is there a workaround / solution? It is driving me bonkers.

    I think this has to do with the settings, but I cannot recall if it was the propeller tool or windows settings.

    I cannot reproduce the problem on my laptop, and I am using W7 and v1.3.2 as well. It may be a windows setting, but I would suggest uninstalling the propeller tool, deleting the program folders, downloading and reinstalling the propeller tool before messing with windows.

    How did you fix it? Reinstall Propeller Tool?
    I could not find any setting in the Propellor Tool that would change the symptom.
