Forum Issue: Vote Ordering

The vote ordering of posts in a topic is nuts. It may suit news sites but it's a terrible idea for discussions where one is trying to follow the flow.

Either change the default order to date ordering or remove voting altogether.

Ah, thanks for the link Courtney. I hadn't tried looking in another forum section.
