Basic Stamp Editor wont't run programs

When I try to run a program, it shows me this:

Has this setup worked before?Is it a BS-1 or BS-2?Did you change the programming computer?Are you using a serial port or USB-to-Serial converter?If USB, is it USB2 or USB3?
