Quote Button

The quote button takes up a lot of space.  Could it be moved to the right edge of the window opposite name/date/etc at the top of the post.

A very good idea.
Or even remove it. Most of the time it does not do what we want anyway. How often do you want to quote an entire post?
Especially if it is one by Potatohead
