Well since Chris Savage decided to remove his forums, which is understandable, Zappman decided to put up a place so Savage Circuits, Parallax n anyone else can come n talk about computers electronics etc. Hope to see people there!

It is true I am taking down the community forums for Savage///Circuits due to lack of participation despite generating more than 16GB per month of traffic. The fact is that it costs a lot to keep the site running for the lurkers while the number of active participants was about 6. Add to that issues with the vBulletin software and zero support on it and I was forced to have to make some changes.

The site itself will continue to operate under new CMS software (Joomla!) sans the forums and blogs. My personal blog was already moved here: http://www.savagisms.me/

Gone are the monthly prize giveaways and The Fellowship Of The Travelling Parts Box, but I guess that's just where things are at these days. Quite frankly with everything going on right now with my wife I just don't have the time to run a big site for 6 people. So personal and project conversation is being moved over to the ZappBots forums and as always I encourage support posts to be handled here on the Parallax Forums where everyone can benefit from the answers.
