Another great movie project completely messed up by that d@mn german opera(Nibelungen-something) where the costume director had the army idea of using horned helmets... (If the viking had horned helmets at all, they would have been hightly ceremonial as they're useless in battle)

I can handle operatic Viking helmets but anything to do with Hasselhoff make me want to throw.

LIKE! Anything with dinosaurs, vikings, 8-bit graphics, Hitler, machine guns, Lamborghinis, walking arcade games, Hasselhoff, a power glove, and an error-prone lab assistant gets my vote.

Every boy needs a Viking maiden for a side-kick. Where might I get mine?

About 15 to 16 hours flying time north west of your current location.

Hong Kong Phooey is all kinds of awesome. One of the best of the 70's right there.

Yeah, but be honest, you'd take a Corvair over a Lamborghini any day! Am I right, or am I right?!

In the 70s, if you couldn't afford a Lamborghini Countach, you could settle for a De Tomaso Pantera. Same designer, similar lines, a lot less expensive. In the Pantera you also got a V8 Ford 351 engine, which (ahem) was a little less finicky than the V12 that was in the Countach.

Of course, NOTHING beats a car with the fan mounted on the top of the engine. Pure genius! :)

Hasselhoff? How does one get a name like Hasselhoff? Is the really German?

I must admit, he does the 'good looking guy' think better than most of those that went before him.

Hasselhoff just seems a bit too convenient.

    Like ...
    Tom Cruise
    Zenda Paycheck
    Cache Cargo
    or
    Roger Careless.

Yes, I get Wikipedia.. but sometimes it is fun to be a bit mischieveous.

Let's see, "hoff" is probably from "hoffen," for hope. An extraordinarily quick Ancestry.com check shows "hassel" means marsh or wooden lowlands. So such a name makes perfect sense, actually.
