Using J1 USB2 port of Datalogger 27937

I have a project that uses Basic stamp with Memory Stick Datalogger (#27937), both contained in an enclosure. So far I can create a text file and save temperature data in a memory stick hooked to USB1 port (CN1). I need to know if it is possible to use the second USB port (J1 USB2) or pins 25 and 26 of VNC1A (by soldering a USB connector cable out of the enclosure) to transfer the current text file in USB1 to another memory stick. In other words, I am using USB1 with a memory stick to save data 24/7. then periodically, I need to hook (externally) a memory stick to collect the current data. I know I can do this using a second datalogger but I was curious about using the second USB port for that purpouse. Thank you very much.
