'Anybody seen this?
It's basically just a run-of-the-mill CNC "goo" dispenser that splooges conductive ink onto FR4 and, later in the process, solder paste. The site is shy on details (through holes?) and shipments are not expected to commence until next year.

But talk is cheap. I was under the impression that the issue with any PCB printer was getting the conductivity of the traces in-line with traditional copper traces...
