Question about using a brand name battery charger within a project

Would it be alright to post a project that uses a paticular brand power tool battery charger to charge another brands power tool Nicad batteries. The project part of it would be to automate the process of what it takes to sequentially charge two or more batteries.

    I can't see a problem with that. As long as there's technically-useful information to communicate and not just an advert for one brand or another, such a post would fall within the forum guidelines.
