Fourier transform using Atmel Micro controller

Hi,
I am new to atmel micro controllers.I want to do Fourier transform of an ac voltage signal.I will be using one of the following micro controllers-ATMEGA328/ATMEGA644/ATTINY45/AT32UC3C2512C. AVR DRAGON will be used for programming.Let me know how to do frequency transformation in this micro controller.Is there any library available to do these operations?

Maybe you should try the Atmel forums where they use Atmel controllers like the AVRs and ATMegas??
