Hi,

I don't understand which Propeller is better to learn and at reasonable price.

QuickStart (Rev.A) = $14.99
QuickStart (Rev.B) = $34.99
Propeller Project Board USB = $24.99

Is the QuickStart (Rev.B) almost the same as Propeller Project Board USB ?

or

Is QuickStart (Rev.A) almost the same as Propeller Project Board USB ?

Any suggestion to learn about Propeller ?

My first choice would be the QuickStart Rev. A for $14.99. That's a great price. Hurry and get a couple if there are any left.

My second choice would the the Project Board. It has extra room for prototyping.

I can't figure out why the QS Rev. B is $34.99. IMO the Project Board has more to offer than the QuickStart Rev. B.

I have links to Propeller tutorials in post #3 of my index. Check my signature for a link.

If you go to the Rev A board on the products page the write up details some of the difference, such as a newer FTDI chip that supports external power, 64KB EEPROM, all the header pins are numbered and are accessible from the bottom, plus some additional items.

For learning the propeller using the learning tutorials I would suggest the Activity Board.

    yes

It seems the QuickStart (Rev.B) is almost the same as Propeller Project Board USB but the Propeller Project Board is cheaper,
    do you know why ?

Any electronic reason or better features ?

The Project Board is intended to be a consumable while one (supposedly) doesn't need multiple QuickStart boards.

Ken mentioned they cost about the same to manufacture.
