Another Turtle Robot

First I've seen of this style bot on Ebay, but there are several sellers. Overpriced IMO at $60+, no servos or controller included. There's a Youku video in the Ebay description. 9 DOF, 2 servos on 4 legs. 9th DOF might just be turning the head.
