Not sure how simple the JTAG download to MAX10 is ? There seem to be some SiLabs F32x JTAG projects, but a quick search found nothing looking finished/mature.

It could be a complete mistake... or the best thing that ever happened. I expect that depends on us. A couple of thoughts. Ken is really busy. So if he has any sense about him, he won't act
like he has seen this... and we certainly don't want him to get involved here.

and to load both the FPGA and P1, a Dual-link device could be useful, like the new, (and very small) EFM8UB10F16
