Arduino and two colorPAL sensors

Hello,
I'm kind of new to electronics and would like to know if it's possible to have an Arduino Uno and two colorPAL sensors work together. I've already read the example for reading colour from a single colorPAL.
I need to read colour from two different places in the same time (or at least almost in the same time - some small delay in ms is not an issue).
What else do I need besides the Arduino Uno board, the sensors and wiring?
Is someone available to post a short code and wiring example?
