PCB fab services

Hi guys, I'm wondering if anyone has recommendations for pcb fab houses. I'm currently using OshPark for small runs and Gold Phoenix for larger runs. Right now I have 2 different boards to fab, one is 7.3 square inches and the other one is about 39 square inches.

I've priced my runs and for the larger board, I'm looking at spending about $60 more than I want to. So I thought I'd solicit some advice from the forum. Who's your favorite pcb service?

I've used ITead Studio and like them. They're not as nice as OSH Park.

I've also used DirtyPCBs and think they're okay. DirtyPCBs also will also sell you some nice stainless steel stencils.

    Thanks guys!

ITead Studio has a great price point but I'd need to change my minimum drill from 4mil to 12mil. With layout at about 80% and VERY tight routing I'm not sure if it's worth if (my time is money too!) Still, well under half price just might be worth it.

DirtyPCBs looks interesting but seems like they don't do anything over 10cm * 10cm...

    *edit*

Do you guys happen to know what silk color ITead uses if you get a white board?

    I don't.

I've used one other inexpensive fab house but I don't recall which one now. I think it was ElectroDragon.

I don't remember is I actually used ElectroDragon or if I was just considering using them. (Don't tell anyone about my forgetfulness, it's kind of embarrassing.)

I think I may have just planned to use ElectroDragon in the future since I thought their shipping (on parts) was faster than many of the other shops out of China.

I believe ICStation also offers a PCB service.

    Edit: Here's ICStation's PCB service.

Try seeedstudio.com (yes, 3 "e"s) and click on fusion. I got some very good boards from them super cheap.

Seeed and ITead use the same PCB supplier.
