Looking for help to identify a component

Trying to figure out the manufacturer and part number for the IC in the photo with red circle around it. I do know that it is a switching type step down regulator. Probably good for up to 40V in and either 3.3V or 5V out. There is an inductor (L1), caps, resistors and diode around it.

The marking looks like B45 and A06.

Any help appreciated. Thanks.
