Motorcycle Tank for ttailspin & ajward
Now here's a funky WW2 vintage vehicle that might appeal to many, especially Tommy & Amanda: https://autos.yahoo.com/news/hk-101-strange-yet-functional-vehicle-world-war-143045312.html
I know Amanda likes treaded vehicles, and Tommy favors a steerable "rudder" wheel on his robots instead of casters. Think of that front motorcycle wheel as a front caster, my friend.
Food for thought on robot chasses. IMO this is right up there with the GDSF: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d6u4ptksD1s

I could never figure out what they needed the front wheel for.(?)

I was wondering the same thing. The article mentioned the front wheel was removed when there was a lot of mud.
I have to say, this one is a bit tempting.
I have learned "because the guys on the forum said to" doesn't count as a good reason for doing something with my wife. So I'll have to make it seem like it was my idea all along.
If I were to use "it would look cool" or a variety of other seemingly unimpressive reasons I'll be fine. I'm not sure if there's any other reason for building a robot which wouldn't fly with my wife.

I think #3 is all about the Altitude!
I know the pilot in the video, Billy Zang. I have seen the UH WIG in person at one of our HoverRallies.
Nice find Zap!
