HI
I just got my Power Pack and the Battery's are nearly impossible to put in.
So far I go one in but either the Batterys are a bit to long or the sockets are
a bit to short..
You can slide the Battery in against the spring and when you press it down at
the positive end it hits the sockets plus connection and you cannot get it past that
without prying and trying again. In fact one of my batterys now has a dent in the end
where it rubbed on the sockets plus connection. Not a bad dent.
A heads up you should check yours, I will keep trying to get my second battery in.
This is not my first Power Pack I have one I bought way back and it had no issues
and has worked for me for years, gee time flys

Finally after much effort got both battery in and now is charging with Blue LED's lit.
Info
The battery I got are gray not the TEnergy blue green I got with my first charger.
Laying the gray battery next to the TEngegy ones maybe the grays are a bit longer.
Meaning 1/32 just enough to not get it past the plus dimple on the socket.
Or as I said the socket tolerance is just short enough to cause the problem.
I hope the heads up prevents some problems for you
