Just in time for Christmas, from 25 years ago. How a much younger erco wiled away the lonely hours before the BASIC Stamp was invented in 1995. Fire predates microprocessors.
My buddy just emailed this video to me. One of numerous clips I have on dusty old VHS tapes, but haven't uploaded yet. This is someone else's. Someday I'll upload our video from year one.
A few interesting facts: that's my friend Caleb Chung before he invented Furby and Pleo. (He's rich now, while I troll Ebay looking for cheap electronics). Our office chair pencil launcher exploded in rehearsal but barely worked on the show. And yes, my other friend Gary did manage to briefly set that poor man's hair on fire at 9:42. It was Neal Schatz, NBC's special effects guy, who ironically had his class B pyrotechnicist's license.
Our segment starts ~3:40 in the video.

Glad you hung up the tie for casual.
(I think ecro has been obsessed with fire since childhood)..
Good quality for the era.
For dubbing tapes to DVD's, I used a Magnavox unit

to copy all my Mom's John Denver, Engelbert, ect taped to DVD.
You have this kind of stuff just laying around?
I bet Erco has beaming tech and hover engines too. Seriously who is this guy?
Look on the bright side, at least your career is doing better than Peter Scolari's!!
Awesome toys! If there was any way to have a customer sign a BINDING liability release, you could make millions selling that stuff!!
Did you figure out after the show what happened to the pencil gun? You kept your cool. Maybe it needed a swifter kick?!
Greatness!
I hope you can find videos of the other years on the show.
Simply fantastic!

Suspenders are fun!
Have you seen this?

I haven't seen that before, and like most Eurovision song entries it leaves me scratching my head.

Note that 'mil' is the norwegian word for 'mile'(Metric, not imperial, of course) and that Google translate doesn't seem to handle that correctly.
(That, and lyrics in general)
The sad thing is that it's one of the better entries... Which is probably why they got 0 points.
