"Data" and "Displays"

I see two new forums, Data, and Displays. It would be helpful if there were a sticky at the top of each to describe what each was about.

    They will be fully defined when the forums are upgraded, and at that time they will be opened; they were never meant to be viewed in their current state.
    In the meantime I'll just hide them.
