need help with the color pal with the 8qti display bar

hello, my robot group has been trying to get ready for this years autonomous robot competition but we are having a lot of trouble on using the color pal and 8qti sensor bar at the same time. we can not get them to work. if anyone knows how to get this, please feel free to email me at mcbaseball8@gmail.com anytime.
