Directory Bug in Propeller Tool v1.3.2

I noticed what appeared to be a bug in Win 7 where the Propeller Tool could save and reopen a file that would not appear in the Windows Explorer in the same directory. I took it in to the local computer store to show the owner and he did a Windows search on a test file and found it several subdirectories lower. So the displayed directory in the Propeller Tool is not accurate.

I'm using Windows 7 64-Bit and I've never had that problem. I have noticed though that I need to Refresh a directory if I copy a file into it or create a new directory using Windows. My Propeller Tool remembers the last directory I worked on. Maybe something in Preferences got changed.

Maybe it's just an illusion. Perhaps it's all in the C:\...\ as my hierarchy of subdirectories repeats, so it looks like it's pointing to one while it may be pointing to the next lower set.

Maybe you were trying to save under "Program Files", or some other protected directory?

Win7 and above won't let you save there. It will pretend to, but it will really put the files somewhere else...

It's better to create your own directory, like "C:\Propeller" to put your files into...
