Anyone know what this thing is? The bin I pulled it from said "Xsistor" but I can't find much info on it.

Looks like an RF transistor:

We use something like it on some older equipment. Made by Motorola before they became On-Semiconductor.

They look like dual-gate MOSFETs that might be used in RF circuits.
Edit: you were a little quicker than I was. I wasn't aware they used that package for bipolars, but obviously they do. Digikey calls it a Micro-X package.

It's a common package for high frequency/microwave RF. Not used for much else.
