Ping mounted on a servo
How do I test the rotation of the servo and the operation of the Ping sensor. I tried connecting the two to pins 16 and 17 with the 5V jumper but there is no response from either the servo or the Ping sensor. I tried substituting the pin no in the test code ans still no response. What is wrong here? Thanks

Even if I had a smaller servo I would still use a separate 5 volt supply to keep the activity board power clean and not stress the on board 5 volt regulator.
