USB Power Board Source

I bought these boards thinking I would be able to use them to recharge a couple small 5V devices I am building from my computer. It turns out these are only for data and lack the fifth line for power. Dos anyone know where I can find this type of board that can be used as power? These are the only ones that seem to come up on eBay.

I did. I will try again as I may have a bad connection. The item description does say it is Power.

EDIT: Problem solved. It was a bad connection.

These USB LiPo chargers are cheap and very handy. Charges ~200 mA from my quick tests. Red/blue LEDs show charging/full status.

I know this is solved, but for fun I'll throw out one last tidbit, my latest Ebay purchase. It's a USB Lipo charger cable for $2.74. A special cable with a built-in charger for a 1S (3.7V) LiPo cell. Charges at up to 500 mA according to my Charger Doctor. It's a replacement cable for the Hubsan 107 Quadcopter. LED indicator in USB connector goes out while charging, glows red when charging is completed or no battery connected.
