Prototyping shield to fit over Parallax line of boards?

I asked this a few years ago and wanted to re-check if anyone solved.
I have scores of prototypes I want to solder up and then swap back and forth on a Parallax board. For example I'd like to make 40 component-populated boards that are for every activity in a SIC text so I can easily pop on the hardware above the breadboard to answer student questions (or test their software with a known good hardware).
For the Parallax line of boards (PropBoe, ActivityBoard, BOE and HomeworkBoard) is there a perf or prototyping board with holes drilled for male headers that align to the socket headers on the sides of the breadboard? Of course, I tried standard perfboards and prototype boards but on the Parallax boards the vertical and horizontal sockets strips are a half unit out of register with each other so I can't line up both.
In short, I need a prototyping shield. I think the same item would fit the whole line of Parallax boards. It doesn't have to have capabilities of other platforms like pass-up of all functionality. I just need a board with holes positioned for male headers that align with the Parallax board socket layout.
If anyone has the skills and manufacturing relationship, I think the prototyping shield I'm describing could be designed quickly by starting with the Activity Board's Eagle file then crop off the left half and add a field of through-holes instead of the breadboard.
Thanks, John

I did a batch of Prototyping boards for the Activity Board and the PropBoe. PM me. I'll look and see what I have left of that stock.
