Wiimote and Motion Plus

I've read a few posts on this forum about the wii controller. Looking at the available objects (muchas gracias) I'm wondering if the reading will drift without a Kalman filter and also how much it drifts?

Also, does anyone know if the controller with built-in motion plus would have the same pins and sensors available as the traditional separate controllers?
