What are you using for your BE micro CV eval board and/or BEscope board?

Do these need any special air flow etc, or can we just duct tape them to the inside of the box they came in ?

I just want to ensure the cats don't cough up furballs on them in the middle of an experiment.

    Hi Prof

I read somewhere that they do get quite warm when running as a high speed scope. Vent holes, even 40x40 hole centres for a small fan may be a good idea.

I've got access to a laser cutter and too much orange and black acrylic, so hope to knock something up by the time our batch of 10 arrives for this country. Happy to share the design

Should I make it bulldog shaped to help keep the cat away?

Thanks for the reply. I would appreciate access to your design. in the meantime, I have a box of unused PC fans (erco-influenced bulk buying accident) so may do something with a coffee can sitting right over there.

Porcupine shaped might be more effective, as it might help keep keep kids and neighbors away too.

    LOL That's funny.

If you have too many fans, perhaps we could do a little horse trading. What are the specs. of the fans?
