Just say no!

Yahoo strikes (out) again. Don't go to the linked Russian website to see if your email has been hacked. But numerous people will. Sigh...

Cool, didn't know Yahoo was still in business.

Why should I not visit such a site on the net? I'd like to know if my email accounts user name and password has been discovered by others. It won't do them much good if they have it anyway.

Bold, Heater. Be the first to report your experience since the story is gaining traction in secondary news markets: http://www.newser.com/story/193713/you-might-want-to-change-your-gmail-password.html

Well, from here visiting https://isleaked.com/en.php waits for a very long time and then returns "502 Bad Gateway". Glad to see they are using nginx by the way.

Not a bad way to get other people to verify an active account:

    1. Set up a new domain on 9/8.
    2. A day later leak some email addresses.
    3. A day after that have some complete dolts at the computer news sites point people to the "validation" page, rather than simply suggest to change their password. Or remind them that there are many other ways they're going to be spammed.

I just took the easy way and changed my gmail password in case...

Also changed my pin number after the Home Depot hack.
