More A/D Converters

Hello, I am in need of more A/D converters but find my self not finding any boards I can buy that attaches to the activity board or the quick start. I need at least 4 more A/D converters. I noticed that parallax sells integrated circuit parts that includes the A/D converters but they are just the chip. It needs to be placed into a circuit and I have no idea what I'd need to do this. I would prefer if I could use a proto board (if I must) that can be used on the quick start. This is for a multi-rotor UAV that I am designing and building. I have the concept of it down but I am stuck at the converters. Please help. Thanks.
The preferred converter I would like to use: http://www.parallax.com/product/604-00062
Like I said earlier I don't know what to do next or what I need. Please give me a parts list. Thanks.

The MCP3208 is a good choice for an ADC chip. Besides the chip, you'll need a 0.1uF capacitor and if you plan to power the chip with 5V you'll need a resistor (10K should be fine) between the chip's output and the Prop's I/O pin. You may also need some resistors to create a voltage divider if the voltage you want to measure is higher than the chip's Vdd (usually 3.3V or 5V).

You'll probably want some sort of proto board to mount the chip and other parts. You'll also need some wire to make the various connections.

Parallax's resistors seem kind of high priced to me. You might want to check ebay or even SparkFun for an assortment of resistors. The same goes with capacitors. There are lots of places where you can get a bunch of caps without spending much money.

What type of things do you want to measure the voltage of?

Ok will do. I plan on using this for remote control and I need to measure two different joysticks. The remote is for a UAV.
