Question:
Does anybody do a code to drive a nand flash memory in pchip ?
Nothing in OBEX....

    It so happens I did play with driving a HY27US08561A which is a NAND flash chip that
    happens to come with the TechToys TY240-240320-B0 LCD module I have.

    I think I got it to talk OK, but can't be sure. Not sure if the code is very self documenting,
    and it uses video generator to get fast access I believe. Feedback welcome.... If it works
    I'll package it up for Obex!

    It seems I last edited that file 2 years and 4 days ago, hence my uncertainty...

    Thank you Mark. I'll take a look at it, but I can't try it, until I've some flash chips with me.
