Time for a full .zip for testing the 2 or 4 COG variant?

4 Cogs..almost matches optimized PASM hub access... but without optimizing.
I think we can improve the timing a bit... but looks pretty good to me:)

DB folders doesn't need to be included in the archive. This is what makes these MB. The Quartus will recreate this while compiling. Then the archive with the complete Quartus project will be under 1 MB

here is the 140MHz .jic version.
It looks stable to my eye... but I think there are machines to measure this sort of thing:)
