Hi,

What type of speakers are used in Smartphones and where to buy them?
I am looking for 4ohm 1-2 watt speakers but most in the market are too large.

I am not looking for external speakers.
I am looking for speakers installed inside the smartphone or tablet.

OT, but I always chucked at those silicone iPhone speaker amplifying horns, like an old gramophone. I saw some at Walmart only once, piled up in the clearance bin for a dollar. Long gone now, shoulda bought one for a gag gift.

Thank you for your pointer.
Unfortunately, as you may notice, the multicomp speaker is too thick to fit into a typical tablet or smartphone.

Leon has found a good repair parts site.

What I am looking for it actually the manufacturer of smartphone or tablet speakers.
Sorry if I wasn't clear enough earlier.

Is it possible that such speaker manufacturers only sell to large corporations?

I haven't bought any, but they appear to stock huge amount of smartphone parts, including speakers.
