PropellerIDE

So.........I just read the article on the new PropellerIDE, and am psyched about the software :thumb:!! The new interface looks really cool, and looks a lot like SimpleIDE just for Propeller.
Is there anyway we can get access to the software, or is it being withheld until all of the legal issues with licensing are dealt with?
Does anyone else have an opinion on the software?
Congrats Mr. Denson on completing such a challenging project!

Binaries are available for testing via this thread here http://forums.parallax.com/showthread.php/153921-Open-Propeller-Project-3-Propeller-IDE-V0.1-Package-Available A new updated version is expected about now.
Do you know if there will be a roadmap/list of additions that Parallax/Mr. Denson want to be added to the software?
And thanks to Ken. I didn't realize how much Ken planned quote me in that article until right before press time. Good thing he has a good editor's eraser.
As Heater mentioned, the repository is currently in https://code.google.com/p/easyside/ or the easy to remember http://easyside.googlecode.com (can't believe I used "easy" in that name LOL). The current working branch is "loader" (not merged back to default yet). I've been working on bug fixes for an important upcoming event. Features/bug fixes from others can be integrated most likely after August 7th.
The requirements are here. Some of the requirements have not been fulfilled, and others may never be. Such items need to be discussed. Any volunteers for adding features or fixes are encouraged. If I don't feel a feature is worth adding, well, it may not get added unless someone else offers code. Some PropellerTool features may not ever make it into the Opensource PropellerIDE.
The drag-n-drop OBEX tool is not really on the future feature list yet, since it is a bigger project with more uncertainty ... I'll work on that when I have more time.
This is not the end of such things. I fully intend to develop and deploy a PropellerIDE variant (currently called AnnoIDE) that will work on any device where Qt will work (Desktops, Android, iPhone/Tab, Windows Surface/Rt) ... it's a matter of time and effort.
Also, let's not forget the Javascript App (msrobots/Heater), some variant of BlocklyProp(MichaelL), and the iPad educational efforts (Parallax). All these things can add up to an any-device, anytime, and however you want it Propeller development ecosystem. Again, it's just a matter of time and effort - and ongoing interest. Lots of talented people are attracted to these forums and all solutions are worth something to someone.
