Can I run a small assembly routine from a Spin program using the same Cog?
I don't want to waste a Cog for a small piece of code.

    No, it's not possible. However a cog is only wasted when it's not being used and if you are using it for any code then it is not being wasted.

    Darn, I was hoping I could compile that with OpenSpin (under PropellerIDE) -- I wonder if OpenSpin will ever support the BST extensions like @@@?
