How do I embed a youtube vid into a post

Hi,
I dont know how to embed a youtube vid into a post if anyone could help. All I can do is post the url. http://youtu.be/sDLckTvvxVA

I'll delete that url soon as i know how to embed a video.

    Try the Insert Video icon between the Image and Quote Icons.

    Ok, here is my first try and I won't bother holding my breath. But its just the first try ;)

    Edit; Duane has already told me he is going to make his video so that it answers the questions I had. So im looking forward to that a great deal.
