In another thread, thomas asked about using a Raspberry Pi to control a BOE-Bot. As I've been working on it, I thought I should let the proverbial cat out of the bag.

Here is my "PiBOE" robot:
(click on the thumbnail for a larger image)
The decks are (top to bottom)
RoboPi
Raspberry Pi Model A
EZasPi (B)
EZasPie Proto 300
Below the Proto300 I have a black LiON battery pack
There will be a motor battery packunder that, inside the BOE chassis.
I am currently thinking about eliminating the EZasPi (B) deck, and mounting the Raspberry Pi directly on Proto 300 by drilling two mounting holes in it.
The USB battery pack, plus the AA pack under the aluminum deck, should provide a low enough center of gravity that PiBOE won't tip over.
