FSRW 2.6, FAT 16 and Windows 7

Hi,

I've been happily using FSRW 2.6 for quite a while.

I've been trying to format SD cards as FAT 16 on a Windows 7 PC and failed completely. Using the command line and a partition-managing tool has failed. Any suggestions as to how a Win 7 PC can format an SD card in FAT 16 suitable for use with FSRW?

Format it as FAT 32. FSRW 2.6 works with FAT16, 32 and even 12.

I think the card is on its way out. Repeated formatting seemed to teach it to behave.
