Turtle gets tour of Parallax

Just another normal day at the office.

As we're pulling into the parking lot, my son (Cooper) says "Dad, why does the turtle cross the road? ...and he's gonna get squished by a car"

So, we picked him up and gave him a full tour of Parallax where he met Kristina, Tiffany, Kenneth, Mark, and Stephanie as well as Charise' shipping department where he had a weigh-in on the scale (YES...the very same scale we use to ship out your orders - and NO, Mr. Turtle did not have an "accident" while on the scale - your orders are safe and sanitary.

He weighed in at 6.2 pounds. We could ship him UPS ground to any of you quite economically, but we figured that he's probably got to support a family - so we gave him a BoeBot for his wife and kids to play with, and sent him home happy :D

See? He's smiling! :D

    Hello!
Now that is a happy note to start the day off. However, is our smiling shelled reptile friend there a turtle, or a terrapin? Or even a tortoise? Oddly enough there are differences. And no I don't know what they are off hand.

But what did your son do at work today, while you were moderating the board?

Why did we not put our shelly friend on top of a Scribbler or an Arlo robot for a taste of real speed?

Or put him in the laser and do a really shallow cut of www.parallax.com advertisement on the shell?

Never mind, that's just wrong. (Shades of pumpkins) :)

    Does it have red ears?

Looks kind of bored to me.

Here in Taiwan, he would likely be invited to dinner... for turtle soup.
Actually, I personally would drop him off at a nice lotus pond and eat dinner at McDs. I'd rather do harm to myself.
