Si501/2/3 board. tell me what you think

Hello all,
Tubular's Si504 board gave me an idea. So I spent a good day making a board for Silicon Laboratories Si501/2/3. The board is as close to a HC-49S package as I could. The switch made the board bigger than the crystal.
First I started off with the switch. I wanted to be able to use the Si503, and use all 4 frequencies.
Then I had to find a way to add pins that could plug into a crystal socket. Crystals have a small pin diameter compared to pin-headers. But the pins also have to be surface mount, since the switch covers the whole board. I found these pins. The pins have a diameter of .020", while crystal pins can range from .012" to .021" (or larger). So they should work with any standard crystal socket.
.
I made the board so the switch is pointing away from the prop. From what I am estimating, it should fit with all Parallax's Propeller boards. But I can not say for sure.
For power, there are holes at each side of the board that allows wires to be soldered in for power. I only had the room to add a " + " and a " - " sign to designate what hole is positive and negative.
Here is the completed board design. I have not ordered them yet, I am waiting on an email from OSHpark about them. I have to panelize the boards because the each board is under the 250mil (.250") requirement.
Top layer with silk
Bottom layer with silk
Board with HC-49S for reference
Tell me what you think. Did I miss something? Could I do something better?
Thanks
