Almost as good as the RS ones. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Lot-of-2-Parallax-MULTICORE-DEVELOPEMENT-BOARD-PROPELLER-P8X32A-Microcontrollers-/181441000917?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item2a3eb9f5d5
This seller shows 3 left.

Another has one left. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Lot-of-2-Parallax-MULTICORE-DEVELOPEMENT-BOARD-PROPELLER-P8X32A-Microcontrollers-/231264648757?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item35d8727e35

I almost bought them all but decided not to get greedy. I bought 2 and also picked up 2 brand new Rev B PIR sensors for $12.00 and free shipping!!!

They probably bought them from their local Radio Shack for $7.47, or whatever the closeout price was, and are flipping them on eBay to make a few bucks. An okay deal if you need them, but not spectacular.

No project in mind, but it is still more than 50% off the normal price. You never know when they will come in handy. None of my local Shacks had the deals on them. I do not mind paying that price as long as I still get a good deal.

I really like the QuickStart board myself. All of my QuickStart boards are Rev A. I'd like to get one or two B versions but I doubt the ones for sale on ebay are B versions.

I've noticed several sellers have a mixture of pictures consisting of photos of the two different boards. If anyone is purchasing the boards from ebay expecting to get a Rev B board because of the photos, they could end up disappointed to find they purchased a Rev A board and not a Rev B board. I looks like many of the photos used on ebay are taken from the Parallax website and the sellers don't realize the photos they are displaying don't match the merchandise they are selling.

    Duane,

What's the difference between Rev A and Rev B?

One difference is the B board has holes under the 40-pin header so connections can be made from both above and below the board. I think the Rev B board can be powered from a power only USB line without having to ground the "USB_POWER_EN" (pin 30 on the 40-pin connector).

The through board connection of the main header is what I'm most interested in. Daughter boards don't have to be placed on top of the QS now, they can also be placed under the QS.

If the only differences are those that Duane pointed out, I can live with that.

If I didn't already have a bunch a Rev A boards, I'd be getting several from ebay. I'd like to try a Rev B board but not enough to pay the normal retail price.
