I could really use a little help finding a couple parts.

Hey all,
I'm having a horrible time finding some items. I'd really appreciate a link or something if you happen to know of a good source for these things.
IP67 or IP68 knockout seals for 18mm holes, or for 0.493" holes.
18mm knockout round rocker switches or toggle switches-DPDT maintained... ON-OFF-ON rated for at least 6A @250VAC.
I never imagined I'd have to spend so much time looking for these silly things.
Thanks in advance,
Robert

Which is it? 18mm is not 0.493".
No, it's not, but a lot of the electrical knockouts have two sections. A circular knockout of about 1/2 inch in a ring that can also be knocked out for about a 3/4 inch hole, which is pretty close to 18mm.
Mrbi11- Thanks! That Heyco 3830 and 3831 is almost exactly what I need but the dimensions are slightly off. I looked at them before, and they are the closest I have found so far. Might just have to order a few and try them out.
erco- Sorry- I should have explained better.
My challenge is:
I need to build an outdoor (nema 4) enclosure that will have 16 knockouts for a combination of panel mount connectors and toggle switches (or perhaps round rocker switches.) I need to drill 16 "one size fits all" holes such that I can insert a liquid tight seal, a switch, or a panel connector into the hole without modifying it (like a modular, field upgradeable design.)
I keep finding plenty of toggles and panel mounts that require a 0.493" hole, but no knockout seals of this size- the closest so far is the 0.500" heyco 3830.
I keep finding knockout seals and panel mount connectors that need about 0.71" / 18mm holes, but no toggles that size and spec ratings. I think the heyco 3831 seal might work for this one.
I have checked through e-switch, nkk, mouser, digi and a few others but just can't seem to find a compatible switch, seal and connector combination that will work with 1 sized hole.
Any pointers to other good switch manufacturers would be great!
For connectors and conduit, you can cut 3/4" conduit holes. This is the standard for quick connects. Note that 3/4" conduit holes are not actually 3/4" holes.
See this McMaster page, they are actually 1-7/64".

There's a different standard-size hole for quick-connects/conduit compared to push-button/toggle switches, so it's not a surprise you're investing some time searching for something that's not typically done.
You could possibly knockout 8 holes to 3/4" and 8 holes to 1-7/32. That's not what you really want though. It only takes a few minutes to knock out a new hole though..
Here are some knockout seals

Allen Bradley toggle switches:

You'll have to do a bit of digging to find the small version you apparently are looking for. But, you'll find what you're looking for with them.
Sounds like you need to relax some constraints on this problem. I'd double check the hole diameter tolerance on your connectors. There is a good chance they will work fine in a 18-19mm hole, and may even work in a 20mm hole. (and if the switch needs for example a 17.2mm hole, it's likely to still work in an 18mm hole)

I'mma order a few samples and play a bit. I hate to go with standard sized pushbuttons and such because of panel size costs and of course the cost of the toggles but it looks like I might just have to.
Appreciate ya's!
