Welcome to the forum!
Try and narrow down each block and get them working individually:
BS2 and 1620:

BS2 and DS1602:

BS2 and Speakjet:

I'm sure others have codes that they might share. I haven't done anything with the SpeakJet.

Does anyone else a know a place to gets the remaining Nuts & Volts and the Appkit code?
This project uses the DS1302 and DS1620.

Welcome to the Forums, Latan Pace. Have you gotten the BS2 to work with anything individually yet (either the Speakjet, the ds1620 or 1302)? That's your first hurdle, just making sure all of your hardware connections are good so you can read both modules and speak.
If you don't have the TTS256 chip, you might want to consider purchasing the RoboVoice chip rather than the TTS256 since RoboVoice costs less than TTS256 and does the job of both the SpeakJet and the TTS256. As you can see from the video on the RoboVoice product page, it works well with the BS2 (the BOE-Bot video was made by erco).
number I would love to see it! And Thanks and advance.
I've only used the SpeakJet with the Propeller. I don't have any examples for it using the Basic Stamp.
Do you have the individual components working? If you've made a custom board you should still test the individual components with existing test code to make sure they work alone before trying to integrate them.
An economical alternative to a $49 BS2 + $60 Emic-2 plus RTC and temp sensor.
The large LCD display and 7-color internal LEDs are a bonus.
To paraphrase Davy Crockett - Make sure you(and your equipment and connections) are right and then go ahead on.
