Anyone have a PLCC flash programmer?

I botched a BIOS update on a machine of mine. The flash chip is a W39V040B which supports both Parallel Programmer and LPC interfaces.

Does anyone in the US have a programmer? I am hoping I can send the extracted chip to someone who can program it for me.
