Genie Microcontroller

I ran across this website for a British PIC-based controller: http://www.genieonline.com "The low-cost educational microcontroller IC system." Certainly a colorful website with a Genie and an animated magic wand for a cursor, sprinkling pixie dust over everything. With amazing graphics like that, who cares about support? :) A funny site to poke around, but hardly sufficient technical info IMHO. And no forum!

No offense to the Queen, but I'll stick with Parallax. :)

In checking out the US Distributor, they seem to have a wide variety of educational material. http://www.kelvin.com/

Berwick Upon Tweed, natch! Edit: Oops, make that St. Leonard's on Sea.

@Andy: That Kelvin.com is a cool site. It reeks of science fair projects!

I'm here, Ken. What is the question?

I'd never heard of that system. It is a very snazzy web site.

Their website extensively uses Flash where plain old HTML would probably be more useful.
