Propeller Tool 1.3.2 COM port

Hi,
I am using a Propeller Quickstart connected on the USB.
On the other hand, I have a 4D Systems uLCD display plugged on its USB tool (the programming device has an FTDI serial chip).
The display took COM 3. But when the display is plugged (on a different USB so no lack of power supply), the Propeller Tool does not detect the Quickstart on - if I remember - COM 5.
It is only scanning COM 1 to 3.
Is there a way to fix it so we avoid many plug-unplug for debugging/fixing? (Other than using 2 computers for the job).
Thanks,
Marc
SOLUTION
For now, seems to work if I connect the QuickStart first.
