Parallax awarded "Manufacturing Champion" in California

Hey there,

We're being recognized by the California Manufacturers and Technology Association in June by being a "Champion of Manufacturing in California".

Thank you to our manufacturing staff Jen, Robin, Sherice, Mark, Terrell, Tiffany, Matt, Kenneth for doing what you do very well. You deserve every bit of recognition on June 18th! You really have the place under control, complete with a great attitude and can-do American spirit!

    Right up there on the stage 6/18 with Sierra Nevada Brewing! Not to mention Adam Carolla and maybe the Governor to say, uh... funny deep thoughts.

    Good for you for the Mt. Shasta climb too. I've been on the mountain 4 times, summit twice and twice thwarted. Got to love those sulfur fumes!

    I'm 1 for 4 on that mountain (two weather rejections, one illness) so I really appreciated the success!

    Way to go Parallax. I was particularly intrigued by your video of the manufacturing process for the PAB. Would love to have a setup like that!!!!!!


    EDIT: Although I have never climbed mountains, one of the most picturesque scenes I have ever experienced was a full moon shining off the lake with Mt. Shasta in the background. I did not unfortunately have a camera, but the site is burned in my mind for life!!!!!!

    I always knew there was something about Parallax that I always liked and a good reason why I thought/think that there's something special about them as a company!!

    I spoke with Geri Royer at CTMA, and she said the link on the website will go live sometime tomorrow morning. There is a form on the website where you can register, but Geri said that is not necessary unless you want an email reminder.
