Hmm. Wonder if they have anything to smooth out the lumpy electricity that causes incandescent bulbs to burn out so fast ;-)

That site appears to specialize in separating the gullible from their money. There's 1 born every few seconds .
Reduction of dirty electricity has also has been shown to relieve symptoms such as headaches, concentration issues, fuzzy thinking, agitation, fatigue, and mood/depression.
I suspect those are bennys for the sellers as they laugh all the way to the bank, I can smell the snake oil from here.

    Greenwave? Greenwash more like.

A sensible price for a mains filter would be $5 not $99.

    Filtering has two purposes:

One to stop very noisy mains from disrupting your
appliance from working properly (lightning arrest, transient suppression, brown-out
    detection).

Two to protect the mains supply from your appliance (load factor correction, harmonic
reduction) - usually only important in industrial scale motor controllers and so forth,
except for RFI suppression which is always important.

Double-blind tests on em fields show that "electrosensitives" are not electro sensitive at all.

Dirty electricity indeed, shades of Brass Eye and GEFAFWISP: (6:25 in)
